  Secure the item in its original packaging, ensuring all hardware and assembly instructions are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the item, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
